In our final conversation, you will get a personalized summary, follow-up, and tools to work on yourself

to keep and create a sustainable change in your life.

Timings

Our introduction call is 45 minutes; we will use this time for discovery and mapping.

The remaining sessions are 60 minutes each

Communication

Depending on your preference, we will communicate via in-person sessions, video, phone, or email.

Ideally, I prefer in-person meetings or video sessions, but other options are also available if you prefer.

My role is to provide you with the tools and knowledge needed to create change in your life. The formation of a new habit can vary greatly based on individual circumstances. However, on average, it takes about two months for a new behavior to become automatic.

You can begin with a discovery call, followed by one or two coaching sessions, or select a coaching package that suits your current needs.
