YOGA
Yoga supports us in bringing harmony to the mind's and body's connection. The practice encourages us to tune into our bodies, listen to our physical sensations, and respond mindfully. I often incorporate nature somehow, enabling us to be fully present in the moment and connect with the earth, letting go of distractions, and bringing attention to the sensations of the mind, body, breathing, and environment. It helps us feel balanced, anchored, loved, and secure.
I did yoga daily for a year and experienced a total reboot of my mind and nervous system, from being attached to triggers and stressors that mostly were emotional to becoming more conscious and aware, reminding my body and cells that I am safe.
I’m a 200H Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher. You can practice yoga with me to calm your nervous system, de-stress, and relax. Connect with the environment within you and become more grounded, loving, and present in your being.
