Timings

Our introduction call is 45 minutes; we will use this time for discovery and mapping.

The remaining sessions are 60 minutes each

My role is to give you the tools and knowledge to create change in your life. A new habit to form can vary widely depending on you and the circumstances. But on average, it takes two months for a new behavior to become automatic. The best result is after three months.
